Original Sale Deed for previous transactions not collected from seller of flat
Q: Hi, Original sale deed (between builder - 1st party and 1st to 2nd party) for flat bought in 2000 in Pune are not collected from earliers owner. Now willing to sell the flat though we have our transaction original + plus certified copies of previous sale deed from sub-registered office advocate of current buyer is not agreeing on this . And also we are not able to find the person we bought the flat from. Pls. suggest.
