Good amenities (all regular gated community amenities + a mini cricket ground, a small temple). Very near to Miyapur metro starting station (0.6kms). Near to Hightech City ( probably ~6kms, can't be more than 7, I never measured it though). Near to HitechCity, Hafeezpet railway stations , about 1.5 kms each. Small lake nearby, among the greens (not sure how long those will remain that way, may be not very long ). Big Hall and reasonable sized kitchen. Wide corridors.
