Hi, anyone bought plots from SARK projects every. I am looking for the plot in adibatla area.
Wanted to know if anyone has bought earlier from SARK projects. How is their response on queries once you pay the money?
Do they keep their commitments towards completion of projects?
Any one knows who invested in their villa projects at Mokilla or Shnkarapally?
Any views or recommendations are welcome...
Hello Gunjan: Sark Green hub which is located in ,near Raviryala Exit, Adibatla. As far as I know this is a open plot for 60 - 300 Sq.Yd for around 21 lakhs and above. The price per sq yard is around Rs 7,000. It is approved by HMDA. The completion would be by nov to dec 2014.

Hey Gunjan, so far I didnt heard any bad review about villa project is Mokilla. The price is around Rs 90 lakhs for 3800 sq ft and the price is quoted as whole package of 90 lakhs. The completion date of the project is by march 2016.
