Esperanza phase 2 querry
Q: Planning to buy a house in phase 2. Can somebody please answer the following 1. Has the association been formed. 2. Do the owners have Khata 3. Has the sinking fund been returned to owners. 4. When was the phase2 of this project launched and what was the expected date of completion.

Latest Answer: @Sanjeeb, As far as I know Esperanza Phase 2 is expected to get completed by end of 2014.
