delays in possesion in shah alpine
Q: i have kep following up with them . they keep saying 3 months but it never comes.

Latest Answer: delays are a big hassle. i m also facing similar problem in Chennai. I was suggested to discuss the issue with lawyer and we did that. You should check your sales agreement to see the clause for delay in possession and consult a lawyer. he will guide you better.
