sandeep, im interested in buying flat in this project.. last when i had enquired the rates in resale was around 3800-4000.. can u help me out in finidng a flat on resale.. please let me know the details if available..
Hi, I am not sure the current resale rate. The new rates must be around 5500 BSP. I have bought 2bhk+study @ 3480 two years back , but currently dont have plan to sell it
