Is this Project from Parkway Developers, who are developing Tivoli Apartment Complex in Bangalore.
Q: Is this project from Parkway Developers, if yes then is it true that have cheated the buyers of one of their apartment projects Tivoli in Bangalore. Where owners are struggling to get their apartments for last 5 year and they don't funds to complete the project. Any Comments ??
