I booked Cleo County Noida. Is it a good decision in investing in this project?
Q: Dear Sir / Madam, I have been regularly watching TV show on property and I must tell you it's really informative and quite hopeful for new buyers. I bought a 3 BHK flat (1620 Sq.Ft.) in a project called Cleo County in sec-121 Noida at a basic rate of Rs. 3800 psf and have paid 40% to the builder as per their payment plan, now their published rate is at Rs 4490 psf and project is still under pre-launch. I wanted to know whether I have made a good decision in investing in this project keeping in mind 3~5 year horizon as I'll not be moving from Delhi for next 4~5 years at least. As I am writing you this mail for the first time with the great hope of getting your kind reply at the earliest. Anand (New Delhi)
