Q: Anu-Felicity Layout is part of KHB's Surya Nagar which is approached from the Chandapura-Anekal Main Road. At total extent of land is 9 acres & 11 guntas Layout approved by Anekal planning authority BMRDA via order BMRDA/APA/LAO/168/2005-06

Latest Answer: Do not make the mistake of putting in your hard earned money to a barren land which hasnt developed since its inception.You will be fooled with gimmics from the builder and his people that they will turn the whole place into a beautiful spanish villa layout. In reality the whole place doesnt even have roads or street lights.You will feel like a village as the whole place is comprised of only barren lands with no people/houses in vicinity. Am a victim to this.Please visit the site and then decide .
