Q: what is the current price of the plot in Manasa hills.I have a 550 sq yard plot which i am looking to sell.

Please remove your post as it is very old,now the price is between EAST FACING 10,000/ to 12000/ ,West facing 8000/ to 10,000/, North facing 8500/ to 10,500/ and the last South fasing 6800/ to 8500/ for LRS Cleared plots. Non LRS plots no buyers. I am planning to sell our plot located @ Manasa Hills extent 300 sq.yrds, North facing perfect vastu. Please let me know if your are still interested.
Present rate 19500/sq yard for good vaasthu plots, look for prospective buyers.
