My comments to replies
If you are planning for investment purpose then go for Prestige Sunrise Park as you can expect ppreciation in future as the project is hardly 1 km from the “India’s Largest Mall” , NEO Mall and 1.5 km from the “E-city Metro Station”
thanks for the reply , from a residential point of view which one of the 2 flats ( smondo 3.0 and Prestige sunrise ) would be promising..Kuldeep.
