Sai Eshanya balewadi Pune. I have visited last time this site in Balewadi. Shocked when saw the pathetic fittings of commode and grills for windows. At any angle its not looks like luxurious flat. There sales people are also very arrogant and Mr. Mahendra Amrutkar is the most arrogant person in Vasudha Developers. If any body is going to book the property please do not go to through Mr. Mahendra. Also pay attentions on what you r going to buy.
In Sai eshanya project we have given quality product with recent trend, we have not given window grills from out side just because people may use it for different purposes(like for plantation, drying clothes....) and it may harm to building elevation so it will looks very bad. We just want to provide good quality of work and decent product to the end user, And as far as sales team are concern they are not arrogant people, they are just professional person, but few people think because they want each and every thing should happen from their point of view and if not happen then they make this type of hopeless claim"
Ok accepted your concerns Vasudha. What about commode installation in Master room. Is this also count in good quality of work. If is that so, then you will be the non technical people. If anybody new person want to know the reality please go to site in Balewadi and see the scene.

We considered your suggestions and comments about quality work, about Vasudha employee and other builders in Balewadi.
If you are a existing client who has booked flat in Sai Eshanya and if you are not satisfied about all the things as mentioned by you then as suggested by you in large that people should go to other projects then this option is also applicable to you.
We dont want to discuss this issues on such improper path and to the unknown person whom we have not known as there is no name mentioned so professionally it does not make any sense. if u want clarification then we r ready to clear you always on site.
No need to meet you as you shown your approach to customers in your reply. New customers please take a note of Vasudhas's reply. Once you booked the flat in there scheme then what could you do after that. Vasudha tell me who will be bare service tax and vat which customers paid at time of agreement. Are you ready to bare this ?

He is very pathetic guy. Is this proper path Vasudha ?
