Thank you Naresh!!.. We have seen a flat at manivakkam which is say 200-300m from the proposed bus stop-960 sq ft.. and the one at perumbakkam is 200 m from main road near global hospital 757 sq ft. The total amt is more or less the same.. but in perumbakkam they said the water is really salty n must get the water filled in sump via other sources.. hence the confusion.Thank you Naresh!!..
