Q: Latest letter for extra payment by builder ???? What is this bull shit ??? How can someone ask for our hard earned money if the prices goes up ??? If there was a crash in property market will they come and return it ?? Also if people invested in North bangalore @ same time , prices have gone more than 200% of booking price , still i have not seen even 1 good builder asking for money ?? Please share your views

we have already appealed to the Builders about this and they have already agreed to it and taken back the claim for the excess payment.
