Hey can someone tell me how is construction work is going on for shalini hillview (trishul builders).. Here its shwoing under completed project but still its not alloted to me yet. I didn't know if still work is going on or its stopped

Some flat buyers sought double the amount they had paid, which I refused following which they have filed a case of cheating against me. I have also moved the Bombay High Court against the Pune Zilla Parishad and the case is pending,” Buddhiwant told Sakal Times. The next date of hearing of the commission is scheduled on February 13, 2013.

Last year when we went to the site, the man there told us it will be available in 2014, now it shows possession date 2015.. HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO WAIT

Booked 2 BHK in Skyy Onn Wagholi Project by Blue Skyy developers. Want to know the status of the builder and if B Wing 2 BHK has all permits and approvals for building 12 storey. I have heard 1 BHK wing got FSI for only 4 floors and they are awaiting for approvals till 12 floors.
Hi Vivek, the project name is Skyy Onn, its in Wagholi very close to Suyog Nisarg. It had just launched. I anyways heard from their mkt ppl that approvals are got, but since it is close to Air Force land, there is an issue with 12 storey buildings. They have got approval now from Air Force Pune, but are awaiting it from Delhi, which should take a month or so. If not the builder has assured that they will continue with the proj, and keep the floors as per the norms suggested.
