This builder is not trustworthy and many investors got their flat almost two/three years delayed. There is no 3C's from the management side (i.e. Commitment, Communication and Customer Care service). Very adamant management attitude who will not recognize or give proper reply to the buyers. I booked my flat in Feb 2014 and even though they promised to deliver by end of this year and as per their one sided agreement, the flat should have been delivered to me by june 2016 but till date absolutely there is "ZERO" progress. Even though they constructed the Phase I, even after five years they have not completed the Piped Gas Connection, swimming pool and Club House facilities which they promised to their customers long back. Even the construction is very poor and there is absolutely there is no one from Management side to address any sort of difficulties being faced by the customers.

Please personally make a visit and you can see the Tower 18, 19 and 20 are still stand still for the last 2 1/2 years. Till date there is no commitment from the SRS Management and many of the buyers are struggling to get this Phase II project works are completed, but GOD knows when will happen.
As of date only 20 workers are working for Tower 16, 17 & 18 and hardly a few were engaged in Tower 20. While Tower 19 is totally at stand still since May 2014.
If you need I could send the photo for your reference as well.

My comments to replies
I invested in an apartment in Phase 2 Tower 20 and have no clue when the flat will be handed off. Hand off dates indicated by them earlier slipped multiple times. It all started with hand off in 2014 2015 and now stands at Aug17. Whenever I go to site I hardly see 1 to 3 works working, one security and 3 or 4 person in office. My friends who bought flats from other builders at the sametime when I bought in Shriram, have all been handed off one or years ago itself. Not sure what is holding Shriram Shankari Phase 2 and we need to find this for sure. Did anyone try for compensation or anything else
Phase 2 owners can have a facebook page or some social networking and start discussing. I think we need to put lot of pressure to get these flats handed off to us.
Only consolation is Guduvanchery is a rapidly developing residential area and this nellikuppam road will be widened for sure as Government approved. We may have good returns from the area in future.

We just had a site visit 3 months back, tower 19 progress is very bad. Hardly any workers to work on the site. The builder is not serious about completing the tower anytime soon. Avoid this builder at all costs.
