How good is Skylark Ithaca for investment

Recently I came to know that you can book a property in Skylark Ithaca by paying 5% now and no EMI's till possession and they are also assuring that the home buyers will be 76 % returns in 3 years. What you have to say about that.
Have you invested in thi scheme. I have done and they have not reimbursed the EMI amount since Dec 2017. No proper response from them. Always they say this month you get, next month you get. But till now we have not received. Irresponsibke person.

Have you invested in this scheme I havent received past five months of interest credit
I have also joined in this scheme. My EMI is pending from last Dec 2017. Did you get the amount. If so, can you refer some name who i can talk with.
