Stamp Duty Hike
Q: I have got registered a flat by paying 5% stamp duty 2 yrs ago in Pune. Will i have to pay 1% more at the time of saledeed now. Please help.

Latest Answer: You have to talk with the builder whether you have to pay the hiked stamp duty at the time of sale deed or not. For further confirmation you can take help from you legal expert also.
