Villa construction
Q: Hi i am planning to buy a plot in this township but little confused as have heard about the notice that has been put up by the Anekal Planning Office not to construct the villas in the adjacent areas of the chandapur domasandra road as there are plans to expand the road by taking adjacent areas. How true is this? and how does it affect VST,VC

Hi Asif, There are plans to widen the road. As per the master plan 2006, a part of survey number 38 & 39 in VST has been notified for road widening, however, there have been few modifications in the recent PROVISIONAL master plan of APA, as per the same, Survey no. 38 & 39 would NOT be acquired for road widening, hence it would not affect VST (i'm not sure of VC though), but please note that the APPROVED/FINAL master plan is yet to be out. Hope this would clarify you query to an extent. You may recheck with APA on the Final master plan or if anyone has any additional information to share, please feel free.Hi Asif, There are plans to widen the road.
