Hi, we also booked in this project in Oct 2010 when it was under pre-launch status by paying 25% upfront money. I am also concern about the status of this project. I could have earn good interest if I kept that money in the bank for last 2 and half years.

I booked a flat in october 2010 and from then onwards hearing some or other excuse of not starting the project by the builder

I booked a flat in Oct 2010 in 100 Above, and since then am hearing that construction will start in next 4 -6 months, but hte work has not started in 2 years. Everytime they tell that they have submitteda revised plan to BMC for approval and it is taking time for approval. Am not sure, but I get a feeling that there is some serious problem with the group. Is it true... Please share if any one has some additional information about this project.
