I have purchased a flat in Mantri park in 702, tansy building, Goregaon east, Mumbai in good faith. i was told that there will be 24 hours water supply & good maintenance. But i am now experiencing water for just 30-45 mins in a day. Also after paying the advance maintenance till sep'12 no service is rendered yet neither the seepage problem has been solved & the pending list for services requested is also pending.
Neha, I think OC for 7 storied is already there. Not sure about the towers.
The water problem has sorted out. BMC water is now in & no shortage. Good improvement.
This project is good no pollution, airy around. Nice professional people.
If we come out from the seapage issue then its really worth purchasing.

Construction is stopped for Hillcrest JVLR. From August 2012 work is stopped for Hillcrest. Does anyone have idea what is the actual problem and when work will start again?
