buying for end use
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in SUPERTECH CAPETOWN.Can somebody throw light on construction quality and possession timing.I want to buy 1150 sqft flat.

My comments to replies
Hi, Lalit , this a good project and have no controversy so far.For 1150 Sqft (approximate), they are charging Rs. 62.28 Lakhs and the property is in 6th floor.
