Looking to buy an apartment in South Bangalore
Q: Hello everyone I (and my husband) we are looking to buy a ready to move in property in South Bangalore we have visited a few apartments..........we like Purva Highlands but the approach road is a bit problem..........we are interested in resale property also which is 2/3 yrs old. Can anyone suggest any good properties Our budget is 60l to 70l Indu

Hi Induja, There are 3 BHK available for sale in Dhammanagi Sri Rudraksh Residency and the price of the apartment ranges from Rs 82 lakhs to Rs 86 lakhs.

cost of construction
Q: what will be the approx. cost of constructing a 3 floor house on a 30x40 plot.............

Hi Induja, It depends on what kind of material you are using . If you are using costly material the it will be around Rs 1500 per sqft and if you are using affordable material if will be around Rs 1100 per sqft.
