Q: Shivaganga Dwarakamai seems to be a good project. But can anyone update me what all amenities the project is offering.

The builders have promised a number of amenities for the comfort of the residents such as Senior Sit Out Place, Multipurpose Hall, Gym, Jogging Track, Toddler Pool, Children's Play Area and Swimming Pool.
What is the status of the project? Is it a BBMP approved project and what about the bank approvals? What is the structure?
