The project group is quite new but CEO and other key personnel are from Uppals Group ( Recently Uppals group has finished Uppal's Jade in Sec86 Fbd). I have checked few others projects in Gurgaon as well. The price offered by MG group is quite compitative. Another factor which I found interesting is: No of flats r app 500. So means its not very huge society. And it is being build on 10 acres of land. So place would be quite spacious and all common places would be easily accessible by all. Secondly, Sector 70 is closer to the Nehar Bridge and Metro station.
