Would investing in Prestige Sunrise Park in EC 1 be a good decision? The project is going at the rate of 3900 per sq ft now. The proposed peripheral ring road would be running thorough the property and there's a high tension line crossing the western corner of the layout.
Hi John, Project looks to be good as it is just 2 kms from the metro station and after the project Neo Mall is coming up. The area is well connected with public transport and the real estate market is also growing in that area.
There is a huge supply of flats in that area from shriram summit and patel smodo and few others... wouldn't that affect the pricing of the property?

I also inquired the premium flats have a pre-launch price of 4100. Is is okay to pay that kind of premium price for a good brand?

Proposed Peripheral Ring Road runs adjacent to the project between the Norwood and Birchwood blocks. Noise and pollution levels would be a concern once the road becomes a reality.
I heard they are going to increase the price by mid next month
