The rent for a 3 BHK apartment or 1711 sqft will be in between Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 per month depending on whether it is furnished, semi-furnished or not furnished.
My understanding is that we have already paid maintenance for 1 yr along with total flat cost. What is this maintenance charge that you are talking about.
It is the same maintenance that I am referring to. But was just questioning if they can start using the amount when still some issues are pending.
