Srinidhi's Netaji Nagar layout, Yellahanka-Doddaballapur Road
Q: Hi I am planning to buy a plot in Srinidhi's Netaji Nagar layout, Yellahanka-Doddaballapur Road. This layout is approved by BIAPPA. Could anyone pl let me know how secure is this layout from legal standpoint. Also, appreciate some feedback on the developers reliability/commitment. Srinidhi's Netaji Nagar is a refreshing residential layout located on Yelahanka-Doddabalapur road, Bangalore. Srinidhi's Netaji Nagar comprises only 47 plots on sprawling acres of land, tucked away in a serene locale. Netaji Nagar is well connected to city by SH9. Nearby 90m Intermediate Ring Road connects to NH7 and Airport. I feel it is fine buying a plot in this project.
