Dear Mr Nair, I believe that someone has given you the wrong information. Recently a relative went to the work site of Heera Dreams. Heera's own staff informed him that though 32 floors were promised, only 12 have been completed. No floors have been built in the last two years. So far, Heera has not shown the decency to inform any of the customers in writing. Banks have called back loans issued for this project. The construction has been stayed by Airport Authority of India because Heera did not have their sanction to build over 12 floors. In this case, Heera is clearly misinforming customers. On calling up Heera, they are refusing to give any direct answers or put anything in writing. One customer has even been asked to take his money and go away.
