BBMP Khata B Properly
Q: I am planning to purchase "Balaji Sunflower" 3 BHK flat. AS per the properly dealer communication, The area where the construction is going on it is "A" Khata but when I will by the flat the it would be transfer individually with my name as "B" Khata. Please let me what is cause. Should I purchase this properly.

I was told that flamed is A khata. but owners will get b khata because the builder had constructed a penthouse for which he hasn't got the permission.
