Construction site
Q: Constructions is stopped on tanvi eminence phaseII since feb2013. They are still saying it will start from september 2013. Do someone know what is the reason?

Hi Vinay & Anand, I too booked a flat in phase II and construction is stopped for almost a year now. They are just giving some unconvincing reasons...not sure what is going on? Do you have some idea?...Dharmendra Solanki

I visited Tanvi builder office last week and they said construction will start May first week of 2014. Lets hope for the best.
Hi Friends, I also had a call with them on 30th Apr'14 and Deepak Singh who is on mira road site told me that: "Builder office had done 2 meetings with corporation before Election and the third meeting is pending due to corporation is busy in elections". Once election will get over 3rd meeting will happen and builder office are very hopeful to get the approval to re-commence the work at Phase1&Phase2 site. I am sure it will take another month or 1.5 month of time to start if they are true. Site office is saying that they still have the approval till 7th floor, but they are looking for full approval so that, they can work without any disruption. I am not in India but if you all can share your contact no, at least i can reach to all of you by doing a group conference when you all are ready to take it up

Hi.. I am Girish and and I have booked 2 BHK in phase 1 Tanvi eminence project. Tanvi builders are fraud people. Since Feb 2013 they have stopped the construction. There seems to be a serious litication in the land or violation in the constructions hence it is stopped. Builder not willing to tell the exact reason. We all buyers should get together and plan to meet builder and ask for compensation before it is too late.. My contact number is 9324502323. Please contact me.. lets discuss..
Hi Aravind, Have you tried to check in Mira Bhayandar Municipal corporation about the reason that why corporation has stopped them from further construction? I am not is india currently, but definitely will give you a call. When you booked your flat there? Regards, Anand
