Hi Anyone bought site in Phase 2 of icon malgudi..Any resale in phase 1? Can we get loan from Lic/SBI?Let me know all sites are approved by BMRDA? They are telling 1750 per sqft today.. LIC is agreed to give the Loan for BMRDA plots. But the sales person is not encouraging to go with LIC.
