Planning to buy a flat in BM Green Woods
Q: I am planning to buy a flat in BM Green Woods. Who so ever has brought any flat here, please get let me know your experience about the property, builders and building construction? The builders told us the project is approved by SBI and LIC Housing. Has anyone verified their legal documents? Please help us decide.

My comments to replies
Today, I have spoken with the sales people and the sales guy is telling that all the leading banks have given approvals for this project. Registration is open and you have to pay Rs 1 lakh for book and 20% for sales agreement. Planning to visit the site this weekend.
