Q: I am considering Desai Dd Global Village soon. Want to buy a house somewhere in Aluva, so I am considering this. I need some information of the pricing amenities, other specifications etc thanks.

Nice amenities also provided here - garden, swimming pool, play area, health facility, 24 hour power backup, security, intercom, rainwater harvesting, broadband internet and community hall.
There there a swimming pool? i think its pool table.
