Is this a right time to invest in a flat in Bangalore?
Q: I am basically from Coimbatore and my wife is into SW working from home here for IBM.We would like to invest in a flat in Bangalore as there is a possibility of us moving to Bangalore in the future expecting good rentals.I am considering in and around Indira Nagar,South Bangalore and Bannarghaata road.Which is better? HI Sampath. I have gone through that area. There is a DLF project which is coming up at Jigani Industrial Area where they are coming up with 2/3 BHK apartments. These are economical apartments with very lucrative returns. Also companies like HCL, Wipro, Infosys, Biocon, Cipla etc are very close to this project providing very good rental returns.
