Q: I HAVE BOOKED MY FLAT AT SAHARA CITY HOMES AHMEDABAD IN THE YEAR 2003 AND PAID ALL THE AMOUNTS AS PER RULE. TILL DATE POSSESSION IS NOT CONFIRMED. MY FLAT IS IN C/4 502. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY POSSESSION? IF IT WILL BE LATE HOW MUCH INTEREST WILL BE PAID TO ME FOR MY PAYMENT FOR LATE POSSESSION.IF WE MADE LATE PAYMENT SAHARA WAS CHARGING 18% THEN SAME IS TO BE APPLICABLE TO ME. I think we should form an association ASAP and enrol all residents to send a common legal notice instead of doing individually. I have visited their office to seek cancellation but the unprofessional office if imposing heavy cancellation charges.
