Do we need to pay VAT and salestax for Landlord share apartment registration?
Q: I am buying a flat from the landlord's share and wanted to know if we need to pay VAT and sales tax for thebregisstration amount for landlords' apartment.

I am also buying a apartment from a under construction project. My apartment is from landlord share and the builder told me that I need not pay any service tax and VAT and ONLY need to pay registration charges.
