Inquiry about 2BHK Flat
Q: Interested to know the total cost for a 2BHK flat in this project, last date of booking a property & its latest possession date. Also would like to know whether the project has tie ups with Banks which provide and process home loan with minimum interest rates for the buyer.

Hello Suraj, I enquired recently, got information that the project is still under construction. It may take one more year for the completion. The units which are available are like 1,2,3,4 bhk. The bookings are going on, so i would suggest you to have a visit and decide accordingly. HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Corporation Bank, Axis Bank are providing home loans for this project. The starting price would be around 54 lakhs for 1162 area sq ft.
