There appears to be a grave yard very close to the proposed apartment site.
Q: I visited the site. There is a vacant land surrounded by compound wall and it appears to be grave yard. This is very close to the apartment area.

Latest Answer: And also if you are not going with their Interior Designer they asks money for Clearance Certificate to start interior in yur booked flat.
