For the time being you cannot avail home loan from State Bank of India, the approval is still under process as said by the marketing person. There is not much information available about the builder over the net but as far as I know Hemanth Homes have completed around 9 project ( Hemanth Durga, Hemanth Ram, Hemanth Nar, Hemanth Shankh, Hemanth Surya, Hemanth Orange, Hemanth Spandana, Hemanth Govinda and Hemanth Avocados in Bangalore
