Hi friends i have a 7 year old Flat behind Hot Chips with open car park from what is the prevailing selling price.
Q: Very near to main road and from a reputed builder.

My comments to replies
In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, the locality prices have remained to Rs 6731 per sq. ft. The price of the flat depends on the interiors, location, amenities provided, construction quality and connectivity.
Thanks Mr Japesh for your response. The construction quality is much above par and the interior are reasonably good. Location is a fantastic location just behind tharamani road and there will be no water logging even during heavy rains. Its a calm and beautiful area.
