Q: when this project will be launched and when possession is expected. I m interested in this project.

Latest Answer: Not sure about the WElworth group how they are, but the flat which i puchased (its their second project if iam not wrong) in 2002 is still going strong and no much issues, Builder has completed project on time and as per the design and given what he has promised. Late Mr. Modak was very good and humble person, so just tagging bad on one project experience is not good to give bad name, but yes, if its newly launched project, then agreed, any update on latest status?
