Q: How can I make sure that the construction quality is good. About the builder. Legal clearance. Etc.

Hi Sarita, You can take with the builder and ask which are the banks providing home loan for this project.
Hi Kaushik I checked with the builder,they have tie-up with LIC,SBI and HDFC for the home loan...

@Rameswari,No legal issue...get it verified by two different lawyer..

But validator from SBI "Builder have constructed 5th floor which they will be using for ClubHouse and Gym purpose...which was not in the BBMP approved plan"...shall I approach other bank for the home loan or shall I back out from the project completely.
