Man opus , we did big mistake
Q: i too have booked flat in man opus ......looking at the bugdet flat. But looking at the prevaling situation , i am feel and did i mistake. Now neither i can ask for my 20 % amount nor i can't sale the flat. Don't know when this query will reslove. rgs/rajesh

Hi Rajesh, I had booked a flat in this project and I was told that the construction work will be done by March 2014.. But still there is not much progress at the site. It is like wasting our hard earned money on something which is not ours..
Hi Rajeshand and Vineet, i also book the flat in the same project, we visited the site on 26/07/2013 and the good news is that they had started the work , but if you feel like done a mistake and want to remove the money, i will advice you both that just as them that you want to remove you money as they had not keep their words, but you should send this in writing, so in case they did not accepted this you can move to the consumer court, Regards, Sushant
