Q: what is the legally right/fair method to price the common area. example: if there are 8 units in an apartment complex if common are is 200sq.ft shouldnt the buyer be paying for 200/8 = 25sq.ft there are some builders who get payment from all 8 buyers for the entire common area portion.
Latest Answer: Common area is split in the ratio of the flat size and is normally called the super builtup area - it does not sound right that 100% of the common area is charged to all buyers
