Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in SLS Sunny Gardens. Has anyone booked in this project or looked at their paperwork?

Hi Frank, I am thinking of booking an apartment in this project but they are telling that they are not going to negotiation in the price they are quoting. So a bit confused. :(
They are charging 200000 for amenities
