Things to consider for merging two flats
Q: I am thinking of buying two 1bhk adjacent flats and make it one huge flat. What legal things i should take care of .? The building is under construction.

Walekum as salam , Thanks for your response I spoke to the builder he said there is no need to worry as we are not changing any exterior thing as long as we are restricting ourselves to the approved FSI there should not be any trouble if we change things internally .
