Is it good to purchase resale property in Delhi-NCR?
Q: Hi, im planning to buy a resale flat in NCR. Is it a good idea to invest in resale? pls advise.

My comments to replies
Do not buy very old property as maintenance cost will be higher. If building’s age is less than 5 years then it is good i think or at least it should be within ten years.
I think it,s good purchase resale property in Delhi NCR . You are looking to buy property.
