GINA SHALOM REVIEW
Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Gina Shalom. Marketing person claims that kaveri water provision already provided and flats are getting water also. Can any one knows about that? I am so surprised to see two common walls for every block except corner flats. Most of the A tier builders provide with the only one common wall. I am not sure will it bothers our daily life

Balaji, Cauvery water is already there to this project. To sort out your doubt, you can do two things, (1) see the cauvery water meter reading near the entry gate or (2) you can personally verify with BWSSB office, very near to K.R.Puram Lake.Balaji, Cauvery water is already there to this project. Hey Rakesh & Balaji, Is it a A Khata property? Is the builder going to provide OC for the same?
David, it is A Khata and already occupancy certificate has issued by Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike
