possession delayed
Q: I have booked a flat here in last june and it was promised to me that I will get possession in Dec 2012, but till date I have not recived the possession , few work is pending as is taking long time to complete, every time when I ask and raise this, they will say next month is sure and this is happing scince from so many months, they are not commeted to the possession date yet!!, and I am in huge loss due to my stupidy in trusting their commentment as now I am paying complete EMI as well as rent.

Hi All, we are planning to meet @prabhat road office tomorrow. So please call Abhishek, he will inform the timings. We should go there in maximum numbers and ask them why possession is delayed and what is the final and confirmed date for it. Also we have formed a group on facebook.
